    1. Use a positive pressure design.
    2. Use versioned and scheduled backups.
    3. Access to the seed vault should require multiple layers of access control.
    4. The seed vault backup should only be connected to source systems when backups or recovery actions are being performed.
    5. Electronic seed vaults should be contained in a secondary provider’s technical infrastructure or in a separate operating tenant in the current provider.
